A large touring car struck Bryce's Bakery wagon at Illinois and Tenth streets after 2 am Saturday injuring two men, Willson and Smith, who were seated in the front. Both were taken home by carriage with Smith suffering a broken collar bone. The bakery wagon was at the curb delivering Bread when the crash happened. The electric light had been turned off, blinding the driver Jillian, and parts of the auto front were crushed. The bakery wagon spoke wheel was damaged and the horses were briefly frightened but stopped before going far.
