A description of a handsome frock in French foulard imported with a deep Danish blue silk background and faint yellow dots. It details panne velvet for the vest, bril liant buttons, natural toned hatiste for the voke and undersleeves, pale blue and yellow accents, and a Leg horn straw hat with a pale blue faille scarf as the sole decoration.
