On West Washington Street Wednesday night John Ballard Walter Wise and Henry Wolfra quarreled over firecrackers. Patrolmen Hoffbauer and Moore intervened and Katie Bauers, Wise's fiancée, was taken to police court with them. She was released Thursday while the three men were fined one dollar each.
