Israel Harding a 50 year old drunk, joyless inebriety, wandered onto a Mt Jackson street car track on Saturday night. He was struck and killed by the car. driver Williams did not see him in time. Harding, once wealthy, lived with W. H. Spears and had recently threatened self harm. Remains were taken to Flanner and Buchanan’s morgue for burial in Mt Jackson.
