Mrs Ruth W Gall widow of Albert Gall Indianapolis owned a building in Marion Indiana partly destroyed by fire on Friday. The fire followed a seavern gas explosion and marked the third disastrous blaze in the same building in two years.
Louis Ledbetter, 42, an oil pumper, fired in a saloon at Eaton injuring Ord Kirkwood, 32, seriously and Neal Wright, 31, slightly. Ledbetter fled but was caught in Hartford City and taken to Muncie for detention.
