Reverend Henry Opposes Liquor License Debate
The article reports Rev. Henry of Emmanuel Baptist Church objecting to a $1,000 liquor license bill discussed in Indiana's House session. He prayed against bribes tied to the liquor traffic and argued the state profits from destroying citizens, insisting the license equates to an evil contract and crime funding rather than a rightful government grant.
