Critics Blast the Curtis Bill as Vicious and Misguided

The Sun denounces the Curtis bill as vicious for four year self government loss, disenfranchisement of Indianapolis voters, outside county control over city offices, and a triple headed board. It argues it benefits party, harms citizens, and has no redeeming features. It also defends Chief Dougherty against blame, notes political schemers behind the fire department issues, and comments on local telegraph needs and school book debates.
