Stanley Wyckort was granted a divorce from Gertrude Wyckort by Judge J. M. Leathern in superior court. Custody of their son awarded to the father while the two daughters stay with the mother. Wyckort accused his wife of neglect and of entertaining another man at home.

At Milton station near Tacoma a head on crash between a Seattle and Tacoma electric passenger train and a freight train killed Conductor J J Ross and Motorman W R Gur on and four others. Fifteen passengers in the smoking car were injured in the incident. The report includes unrelated local notes and testimonies from a separate incident in Connersville Ind.
