Frank C. Wright, 42, a plumber of 117 Leota Street, was struck and killed by a mixed freight and coach train backing at the Leota Street crossing near his home Wednesday at 6 30 PM. He died at St. Vincent's Hospital around 10 PM. Witness Switchman Don Dugan halted the train. Wright leaves a wife and three children. The Leota Street crossing is noted as a dangerous city spot. A month earlier James Croghan died nearby at Oriental Street Crossing.
