Charles Robinson Dies. Early Settler of Marion County
Charles Robinson, a lifelong resident who arrived from East Tennessee in 1832, died Wednesday near Mayre after living on the farm southeast of Indianapolis. He married Mary A. Johnson in 1834. she died last August aged 87. Surviving are six children, with services at 10 Friday morning from the residence and burial at Crown Hill under Planner & Buchanan.

Isaac A. Vincent, once of Columbus Ohio, died at his son Edgar R. Vincent’s home 880 Central Ave after heart disease. Born 1828 in Elizabethtown New Jersey he joined the Tenth Michigan cavalry in the Civil War and later worked as agent and messenger for Wells Fargo and mail companies. He leaves two children Mrs John G. Grossman and Edgar R. Vincent. Remains go to Columbus Thursday afternoon for burial.
