Indiana district attorney Kealing has taken no steps to use the Sherman anti trust law against the steel trust. While the law requires enforcement, most government attorneys doubt its applicability to modern trusts, though Lew Wallace Jr. believes it does. Kealing admitted he has not studied the act closely enough to opine on its success in Indiana and noted no suit has been requested.
