Willan Judd 52 road supervisor of Broney Crock township was instantly killed by an interurban car in Anderson after attending a circus Thursday midnight. The accident occurred as he crossed near the circus grounds and the car could not stop in time. Authorities investigated the mishap and reported the victim lived nearby in Crock township.
