Theodore Havemeyer vice president of the American sugar refining company died at 3 o'clock Monday morning after two weeks of illness from stomach complications at his Madison Avenue home. He was surrounded by family. baptism was administered the night before. His death leaves a legacy in the sugar industry and an estimated fortune of 15 million dollars.
