Corrneton Ky April 12 A feud between Democratic leaders Senator Wim Goebel and J L Sanford ended on Madison Ave when Sanford fired first wounding Goebel. Goebel shot Sanford point blank, hitting him in the forehead. Sanford died an hour later. Goebel surrendered to police and was released on bail.
