In Bloomington Indiana farmer Charles Boren was shot to death this afternoon at the home of James Galyon a neighbor who surrendered to the sheriff. Galyon says Boren attempted to force entry into his home and the slain man received a full shotgun charge to the face. A peace bond had been filed earlier by Galyon against Boren over a farm disagreement.

Boward Lake shot and killed his wife after she refused to return home, then fatally wounded Mrs. B Smith and himself, injuring a friend. Buena Vista Colo July 19 Five persons were killed late last night when their auto plunged through a bridge into the Arkansas river. The deceased include Bryan HiPeane Ruth Skeels 26 Billy Tipton Catherine Tipton 8 and Jack Tipton 8, all of Florence Colo. Mr Tipton wife and mother was badly hurt. An infant was thrown clear of the car. Three of the children were trapped beneath the wreckage.
