In Mason Michigan Circuit Court Mrs Emma Kopple fifty of Lansing was found guilty of murdering her foster son Harry Brill who died from poisoning May 18. The charge said Kopple with James Shannon planned the death to collect a thirteen hundred dollar life insurance. Jury of ten men and two women deliberated fifty minutes.
