Man Dies With Trousers On Packed With 6000 Dollars
William L. Bartlett died at his sister Mrs Green Lashley's home after a weeklong illness. On his person were trousers lined with $6000 in bills and an additional $1400 in notes found in a trunk. He had asked to be buried dressed with his money and explained he found pleasure in saving. He told Mrs Lashley to search his clothing if he died.
