Billie Huffstickler three years old son of Mr and Mrs William Huffstickler who was found in the William Schaffer farm home south of Muncie will appear as a witness before the Henry county grand jury now in session to investigate the slaying. The lad was served with a subpena today. Seven other persons here were subpoenaed to appear before the grand jury. Newcastle Indiana January 2. With witnesses subpoenaed from Henry Delaware and Madison counties the Henry county grand jury today began an investigation of the deaths of William G Schaffer and his wife Susan. Those examined today included Mr and Mrs Frank Smitt Peter Richey Harry Miller Denny Fadely Howard Brown John Maupin Arthur Hall and Earl Ellison all neighbors of the Schaf fers. Brown Fadely Mall and Maupin discovered the double killing after they had driven an automobile into the Schaffer home for repair a tentative weight was given on the actual playing. Witnesses called for tomorrow include William Huffstickler and wife of Muncie Huffstickler and brother of Mrs Schaffer.
