Several neighbors attended a Sunday school convention in Indiana and Rev Leland preached at Salem church. Mr and Mrs Homer Bagley and Mr and Mrs John Bagley and Ward Stephenson were recent guests in the Brown home. Mrs Sim Douglass and son Louis who stayed at Samuel Bowser’s returned to Akron. Scott and Meade Douglass visited relatives in Akron. Mr and Mrs John Snyder visited friends here last week. Mr and Mrs Wilbert Repine and family of Cherry Tree spent Sunday with Repine parents. Mr and Mrs Wm King of Carrollis Oregon visited Patterson home recently. King attends law school in Philadelphia and vacationed in Oregon. A number from here attended the Cookport fair.
