If carried out, tunnel north of town must be enlarged to fit two tracks.

Old Soldiers Meat annual reunion of Twelfth Pennsylvania Reserves
The 12th Pennsylvania Reserves survivors met at Seward for a Friday reunion with a noon dinner and veteran addresses. The company began with 123 men at Armagh on April 17, 1861. 90 have died. Officers elected for the next year were A. N. Fart president, I. Overdorff vice president, and William Kerr secretary-treasurer. Next year’s reunion will be in Danetown in September.
