Penitentiary Terms for Two Brothers in Robbery Case
Rex Warman alias Rex Smith of Indiana and his brother Blake Warman of State College received three to six year sentences after pleading guilty to robbery and felonious assault and battery for attacking Henry G. Wissinger of Pontiac Michigan on Oak Street Extension August 29, taking $129.95 and fleeing. Wissinger was briefly hospitalized. Judge E E Creps also postponed action in multiple cases including W Ralph Cummings embezzlement, fined Mike Sunday for false statements on a learner permit, and deferred sentences for William Isenberg and Hagar Swan. A not guilty verdict was returned for James Swan and Jerry Swan in junk from minors case.
