The distinguished financier Harrinidh died at his secluded Tower Hill home after a long illness. Surrounded by physicians and nurses, he passed away following a terminal disorder. He leaves two daughters Mary and Carol and two sons Walter and Roland, with Mrs. Simons. Rev Dr J Holmes McGuinness was not at home. Born February 25, 1849, he rose from poverty to become president of the Union Central Railroad, reorganizer of the Union Pacific, and builder of a vast oceanic railway system, amassing a fortune between 50 and 100 million dollars.
