The conference replaces Hon. A W Taylor with Hon Andrew Stewart of Uniontown Payette county as the congressional candidate. Stewart, long active in Republican circles, known as Tariff Andy, was praised for his past service and deemed a unifying choice to rally diverse interests in the district.
