Tragic Crash Strangles Driver After Car Overturns in Rossiter

Carmelo Lombardo 27 of Rossiter was strangled to death when his car overturned between Rossiter and Punxsutawney. He was pinned under the vehicle as it teetered. Brother Louis Lombardo survived severe injuries. Carmelo had opened a tire agency at Punxsutawney. wife and child had recent losses. Also notices of Indiana County debt increase and a Dayton fair advertisement appear in the page.
