Ballot Instructions For Voting Delegates In Two Columns
A voter marks an X in the head box of only one column to vote for all candidates in that column. Do not place Xs in more than one column. If not voting for a column, place Xs next to fifteen chosen candidates or fill in blanks with preferred names. If adding names outside the printed list, do not mark the head boxes and instead mark Xs opposite the chosen names. A second X anywhere voids the ballot.

Ex-Gov Fisher Denounces Firemen Misleading Campaign
Ex Governor John S. Fisher, president of the Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce, warns that claims Amendment No. 11 will eliminate 135 volunteer fire companies are unfounded. The measure preserves local police and fire services, giving municipalities power to maintain volunteer or paid departments. He urges volunteers to support the amendment to strengthen Pittsburgh’s status among great U.S. cities. Also notes a family reunion in Tarentum with Mrs. Margaret Lydick and relatives visiting Hackensack and Rockland County.
