In Tutt county district court of the United States for the Western District of Pennsylvania the estate of Elmer Ellsworth Dickie bankrupt is to be sold at public sale on Seventh Street in Pennsylvania. The property is a 40 foot wide parcel with a two story frame house extending 138 feet to an alley, free of liens except mortgages and judgments. Terms: cash on confirmation of sale with $500 at knockdown and balance on deed delivery. Also an auditor's notice from Indiana County on distributions from John A. Reed estate to be settled November 26, 1912 at 1 o'clock in the Marshall building Indiana Pa. W M Mahan auditor.
