Polish chemist credited with modern oil lamp invention

Parkwood Community Notes Panel Busy with Visits and Events

Parkwood residents visited Elders Ridge for a baccalaureate, welcomed guests from Shelocta and Canton, and celebrated births and graduations. 4-H club planning, sewing prizes, and May social activities marked a busy period with many named locals participating. Government Civil War veterans markers were placed in Ridgeview cemetery at Elders Ridge.
