Japan's Diet stalemate over budget and delegates

The London Times reports Japan's lower house in prolonged conflict with the government over constitutional rights and budget controls. Delegates are restricted from speaking freely, causing clashes and threatened constitutional amendments. The budget cuts widen a rift, provoking government vows to dissent and act under the constitution. The peers have yet to weigh in as tensions rise.

Jurors list and traverse jurors schedule 1891

A long OCR fragment lists grand jurors for Indiana and surrounding townships with names such as Cherry, Buffington, Center, West Indiana, Blairsville, Montgomery, Conemaugh, Mahoning, Green, and many others. It details second week and third week traverse jurors commencing Monday June 8th with numerous county names and individual jurors. The text then includes medical ads for Castoria and various products, followed by other notices and ads.
