Several Smithport residents attended the funeral of Benjamin Smith on Sunday. Mr and Mrs Frampton Bell and two children from Bells Landing visited town. A square dance at Fry hall drew a large crowd and praise for the evening. B He Fry serves as a juror this week and Lynn Richardson was a county Beat caller on Monday. Mrs Benjamin Segar Roy Gorman and children shopped in Punxsutawney Saturday evening. Merle Bennett and Arthur Cessna were Barr Slope callers on Monday. Rhoda Bennett, recently employed at Clearfield, has returned home.
