Notice is given that March 28 1921 at 11 a.m. the Indiana County Orphans Court will hear The Savings and Trust Company of Indiana guardian of Cornel Cunningham minor son of Sam Cunningham request to sell by private sale all coal interests and other rights in a 100.322 acre tract in East Wheatfield Township adjoining Hutchison Penn Highway and other parcels to the Kimioetus Coal Company for 8790.15 dollars after debts and expenses, with proceeds to be divided among Alphonse Cunningham heirs and the widow and other heirs. The guardian will apply to sell the surface and release of damages and rights, including future interests, to the buyer Robert M. Wambelli n for the ward.
