Man rides as man on child's ticket after 11 years
Charles A. De Courcy argued with a Santa Fe conductor over a half fare child ticket bought in Kansas City 11 years earlier. The conductor demanded full fare or half of the remainder. The receipt was given, but legal rebuke followed. Rail contract limits remained, and a credit for interest was rejected. The case draws as an odd souvenir from a long journey.
