Auto Damage Suit Ends Abruptly In Continuation
The trial in the damage suit of Mr. and Mrs. Ora I. Heiman against William McFeaters ended abruptly when plaintiffs sought to prove the defendant was incompetent to operate an automobile. The case arose from the death of four year old Claire Helman who was run over in a farm field in Cherryhill township. The court postponed the case to September and the day’s proceedings included other sentencing in liquor, desertion, and assault cases.
