Buckwheat Union Picnic at Colemans Park Aug 11

The Buckwheat Club holds its seventh annual reunion picnic at Colemans Park in Goodville Pa on Thursday August 11 with rail excursion from Indiana at 6:00 am round trip fare to be announced. Frank A Conlon of Philadelphia is among speakers and thousands are expected to attend. Also notes Friends’ General Conference travel discounts via Pennsylvania Railroad for Toronto August 9 to 11. A new 18 room dwelling on School Street owned by Mrs Renahampyon nears completion with J C Getty overseeing construction.
