Homestead Workers Reply to Carnegie Company Stand

The Homestead employees through the Amalgamated Association issue a reply to Carnegie Company policy and a wage scale dispute. They deny reducing wages without discussion and insist on conferences to reach a fair settlement, asserting that three changes affect about 3800 workers and noting that non union plants may still face implied pay cuts. They argue for transparency, organization rights, and impartial inquiry into public claims.
