Attorney Ernest Stewart of the Automobile Club of Indiana warns drivers about passing street cars when passengers are boarding or alighting and about licensing minors to operate motorcycles. It also requires a license from the State Highway Department for anyone under 18 to operate a motor vehicle, with licensing at the Highway Commission’s discretion. A 1909 law imposes penalties for intoxicated driving, including fines, imprisonment, or license cancellation.
