Mrs. William Wilson of Creekside died after her clothing caught fire from a grate while alone in her home. Her 16 year old son Warren returned to find her enveloped in flames. he smothered the fire but she died within minutes. She had recently been housed at Dixmont Insane Asylum and was described as slightly demented. Funeral services were held Monday at Creekside M E Church with interment at Plamcreek Church Cemetery in Willet.
