The society issues extensive rules for premium stock entries in Indiana Pa. Entries close Sept 30 1892 for non speed classes and Oct 1 1892 for speed trials. Members pay 1.00 to enroll. entries require breed, pedigree, owner residence. stalls assigned by entry order. premiums paid 20 days after fair. judges enforce discipline. signs must identify owners. stock must be on grounds by Oct 3 1892 and exhibited under supervision.
The notice outlines admission terms for members and guests including adult entry, horse and vehicle options, and single or multiple horse allowances. It references dairy admission and specifies combinations for adults, vehicles, and horses under varying ticket types.
Excursion tickets will be issued from all stations on the main line of the Pennsylvania Railroad from Altoona to Jeannette and west to Indiana. Tickets valid October 3 to October Friday with return Saturday evening. West Penn Division stations sell at same rates.
