A voter wishing to change party affiliation for the upcoming Primary must petition the court under oath, citing the error and requesting a change. The Registry Assessor must appear with the voter before the court to prove an error to the judge’s satisfaction, due to the 1933 1934 Special Sessions Act.

Birth rate decline seen easing with rising marriages
