Swoope Attacks Lowry Over Ten Year in Office Claim
In Erie a few nights ago District Attorney Swoope criticized Lowry, labeling him a one term advocate who fought corruption alone at Harrisburg. He alleged Lowry bought real estate on credit, with rising taxes, earning $800 a year and later, nine years after taking office, had a personal windfall while paying back taxes. He claims reform motives and questions corruption accusations.
