Meadow Bank Farm modern barn planned near Indiana township

William F Simpson of White Township plans a Meadow Bank Farm barn to replace a structure lost to fire last season. The 55 by 70 foot building features concrete foundation, center-supported posts, two mows with hay forks, a 10-bin granary, horse and cattle stalls, and a 30 by 30 foot modern corn crib with vehicle storage. The design includes hinged doors and ramps for smooth access and efficient farm work.

Large Grand Army encampment turnout from Indiana county

A large delegation of old soldiers plans to attend the Grand Army of the Republic encampment at Saratoga N Y from September 7 to 14.
