Orangutan Nest Displayed In Berlin Museum

Salenka removed the nest from a tree in Borneo, describing a 434 foot long structure made of intertwined branches, sized for a full grown orangutan. The nests are simply sleeping places rather than fortified shelters for young, observed by observers in Borneo.
