Weekend Visitors and Local Happenings in Jericho and West Wheatfield
Swissvale visitors Mr and Mrs William Kettles and family enjoyed time with relatives at Josephine. A rear wheel flew off a half ton truck on William Penn highway, striking a porch post and splintering it, then rebounding to the highway and resting against a fence. The truck owner Sam Brendlinger escaped injury. This report lists local callers, shoppers, gatherings, birthdays, weddings, and community notes from Jericho and West Wheatfield, including parties for Leona Robinson and newlyweds Albert and Wakefield, Sr., plus birthday celebrations for Jay Dodson and visits from various relatives and neighbors.
