A 30 year old motorist, Ryan Stewart, was seriously hurt when his car left Dugan Hollow Road east of Madison and rolled down a hillside. A passerby Nancy Crisp saw the crash, aided until responders arrived, and described the scene as the vehicle smoked and the driver lay unresponsive before rescue efforts stabilized him.
