A 19 year old Homer City area man, Robert Virgil Yarnal, confessed to shooting 50 year old Walter Blair on August 20 near Armagh and dumping the body in Miller Mine near Black Lick. Yarnal and accomplice Elmer Wilson Clark were later tied to car theft and burglary charges after police traced Blair’s car and questioned them.Autopsy was scheduled for Memorial Hospital Johnstown. informant withheld.
