It names Smicksboro North Point Trade City Plumville Sagamore Georgeville Willet Chambersville Creekside Shelocta West Lebanon McIntyre Clarksburg Saltaburs Elderton Juneau Iselin and Marchand. One two or three cars and as many cash prizes will be awarded to active participants in this district.

District No Four will include all territory east of the Indiana Punxsutawney highway and north of an extended line through Indiana exclusive of Indiana bore. It names Clymer Dixonville Deckers Point Commodore Hortons Stafford Kellysburg Glen Campbell Cockwort Gipsy Pine Flate Covode Arcadia Penn Run Cherry Tree Hilladale Heilwood Rossiter and Marion Center.
