An advertisement touts Dr Leonhardt's Hem-Rold as a guaranteed internal cure for piles and promotes Foley's Honey and Tar for coughs and lung trouble. It also notes Bon Ton mail plans and announces Mr and Mrs Fred H Ostman opening a dancing school in Odd Fellows Hall with Graff brothers providing music.
James Donahue of New Britain Connecticut reports trying several kidney remedies and diabetes treatment without relief until Foley's Kidney Remedy. After two bottles improvement followed by five bottles cured him. he later passed a life insurance medical. The ad claims Foley's cures backache and all kidney and bladder troubles sold by all druggists.
Robert Nimmo of Westville and Bertha Brown of Chambersville wed at noon Saturday in Beoms Hotel Punxsutawney. Rev Madres of the Fat Baptist church officiated. After a brief honeymoon to lake points they will establish a home in Chambersville. Nimmo is a fireman on the failing branch.

A Cunningham Co delivery wagon on a Philadelphia street in front of Jordan & Co shoe store was struck by an out-of-town automobile during a blockade on Monday. The impact broke the wagon’s single tree and harness, detailing the collision and resulting gear damage.
Foley s Honey and Tar marketed as immediate asthma relief with claimed cure. This morning Sherill Wattling and Policeman Wellington Bley escorted five prisoners to the work house and one to the penitentiary. Wettling house still houses 22 boarders.

Recent death notice for Clarence Baker infant son of Mr and Mrs Clarence Baker of Homer City. Died this morning at age one month from bronchial pneumonia. Remains to be interred in Blairsville cemetery.
