Emerick case goes to jury in involuntary manslaughter charge
Frank Emerick, 19, of Rochester Mills, stands accused of involuntary manslaughter in the death of John Heilbrun, 27, near Marion Center after a May crash on the Indiana Punxsutawney road. Pair Arrested for Trespassing on Railroad Yard
Pennsylvania Railroad police arrested Donald Lowman, 19, and Paul Snyder, 17, both of Indiana R D 4, after they were found on a Conemaugh Division freight train in Blairsville yards.
