Casey Criticizes Hiring of Board Head Auditor

Auditor General Robert P. Casey blasted the state for hiring Richard Lindsey, a former probation board chair, as a three week consultant. Lindsey drew 1900 for a youth centers and forestry camps evaluation while allegedly claiming 1600 in overtime and overcharging the state 2013 in 1972, with Casey urging withholding of any due funds until overpayments are recovered.
