Arrests in Pittsburgh House of Chains Case
Police raided a Pittsburgh home of a family held at headquarters after a brother, released from Mayview Insane Hospital four years ago, was found chained to a floor in a second floor cell. Agnes Gutowski and a sister yet to be fully named faced investigation into chaining, while another brother, John, defended Alec as sick but not harmed. Stanley claimed he chained the sister during the morning incident and vowed to care for Alec, who had been tied for about five months. The four were held pending inquiry.
