A marriage license was issued yesterday in Loyalhanna Westmoreland county to James T Bell and Miss Clara M Steele both residents of Loyalhanna. The license confirms the union between the couple as officially recorded in the county registry.
Harrisburg September 26 The Third Mieth Artillery and the Thirteenth Regiment of Pennsylvania infantry at Mt Gretna may be sent to the border late this week. Artillery can depart at once while infantry may follow in a few days. Some fear border units will return to Mt Gretna before home stations due to cold weather. State militia expansion prompts need for more armory space. Army Board secretary B F Demming will arrange a meeting to discuss securing additional quarters. No collections requested.

Donahey returned home yesterday.
Messrs H and M Shankman district agents for Pelican Life Insurance Co have gone to their home in Philadelphia for the Jewish holidays. If President Wilson had presented the Kaiser with the pen he signed each diplomatic note he would be writing by a turkey feather.
